At Kulfi Beauty, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If a shade isn't your perfect match or a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
